Vendors must also comply with the rules set forth in the Vendor Dashboard and related sections.
All products listed must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Vendors must provide correct pricing, licensing, and description information. You agree not to list products that contain malware, illegal content, or stolen intellectual property.
All pricing is displayed in the applicable currency and is subject to change. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. You agree that PryPix is not responsible for payment errors or issues caused by third-party processors.
After purchase, digital products are delivered via download links on the Site. You are responsible for ensuring that your device can access and download the product. PryPix is not responsible for any technical issues on your device or network.
Refunds are only granted under certain conditions, including but not limited to:

After completing a purchase, buyers receive access to digital products via a download link on the PryPix platform. Buyers are responsible for downloading and storing the product. PryPix is not responsible for download failures caused by network issues, device errors, or browser problems.
Some products may have restrictions on the number of downloads or may require re-authorization after a certain period. Buyers must comply with these restrictions. If a buyer experiences issues, they should contact support through Contact Us.
Buyers should ensure their devices are secure and protected against malware. PryPix is not responsible for damage or loss caused by compromised devices, data corruption, or unauthorized access to accounts.
PryPix uses third-party payment processors to handle payments. Buyers authorize PryPix and its payment partners to process payments for purchases. Payment details are processed by third-party providers and are not stored by PryPix.
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change based on market conditions, taxes, or vendor adjustments. PryPix is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by banks or payment processors.
Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by their country or region. PryPix may be required to collect taxes based on applicable laws and regulations.
If a buyer disputes a payment with their bank or payment provider without contacting PryPix first, PryPix may restrict access to the purchased product until the dispute is resolved.

Vendors selling digital products on PryPix agree to the revenue and payout terms set forth by PryPix. Revenue distribution is processed according to the platform’s fee structure and payout schedule. PryPix reserves the right to modify fees and payout schedules at any time, with notice provided to vendors. Vendors acknowledge that any changes may affect future payouts.
PryPix may deduct applicable fees, including but not limited to:
Platform service fees
Transaction fees charged by payment processors
Refund-related deductions
Chargeback recovery fees
These fees may be adjusted periodically. Vendors are responsible for monitoring any updates to fee schedules and ensuring compliance.
PryPix uses third-party payment providers to process vendor payouts. Vendors authorize PryPix and its payment partners to process payments and transfer funds to vendor accounts. Vendors acknowledge that payment processing times may vary based on the provider and may be subject to delays.
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and reporting requirements. PryPix may collect tax-related information where required by law and may provide necessary documentation to comply with legal obligations.
PryPix reserves the right to withhold payouts under circumstances including, but not limited to:
suspected fraud
chargeback disputes
violation of Terms
unresolved disputes with buyers
Withheld funds may be released once the dispute is resolved or as permitted by law.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, users agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting PryPix support. PryPix will review the issue and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may be required to pursue arbitration. Users agree that any legal action must be brought in the appropriate jurisdiction and that PryPix retains the right to enforce its rights through legal means where necessary.
Users acknowledge that violations of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to PryPix. PryPix may seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies to prevent continued violations without the requirement of posting a bond or proving actual damages.
PryPix maintains a strict policy against harassment, abuse, or discrimination. Users agree not to engage in:

threats or intimidation
targeted harassment
discriminatory behavior
PryPix may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Users must not upload or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code. Any attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities, manipulate transactions, or compromise user accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.
Users must not use PryPix for spam, unsolicited marketing, or mass messaging. Users are prohibited from using PryPix messaging or notification systems for promotions without prior authorization.
Users may not share account credentials or allow unauthorized access. Account sharing is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination.
PryPix collects and processes user data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using PryPix, users consent to the collection, use, and storage of data as described in the policy.

Products sold on PryPix are provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. PryPix disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PryPix is not liable for:

Some products sold on PryPix may be licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or GNU General Public License v3. These products may be modified, redistributed, and used according to the terms of the GPL license.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PryPix, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

PryPix may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the platform. Continued use of PryPix after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. PryPix is not responsible for users failing to review updates or continuing to use the platform without understanding the revised terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between PryPix and users regarding the use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Failure by PryPix to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
